Registration, start and finish of marches

(boarding station at GRAND to the right of the railway station).

Attention – measures against the spread of Covid 19
Dear tourists, due to the security measures around the coronavirus
pandemic, we finally decided to organize the march „Kudrna goes around Brno 2021“, but to a limited extent, just like last year.
We will not provide breakfast,
accommodation in the gym and refreshments at check-points will be possible only in your own cup. There will also be no Saturday dance party.
According to the current instructions of the Czech government, we can also
tighten the measures. We can limit the number of participants or, in the worst case,
cancel this event.
We ask the participants of the march to observe the extraordinary measures of the
our Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic, face masks or respirators will be mandatory in all indoor premises of buildings in
the Czech Republic. Respirator FFP2 are also mandatory in public transport.
Each participant must have a certificate of vaccination against Covid or a test or disease history, proving them with an "EU Covid passport" or a mobile application.

Two-day march Kudrna goes around Brno
(medal and appreciations IML + IVV)
Two-day march is including in serial IML (International Marching League) and IVV. For obtain an IML awards
necessary to complete any route at least 20 km/day (walkers older than 70 years
or children up to 10 years + adult accompaniment or disabled walkers as well as their compagnions
must complete every day of the event – at least 10 km/day).

Children pay the full price. If you do not require a medal and an IML stamp for the child,
register them for two „one-day marches“ –
Saturday and Sunday (see below).
Discounts are available only for members of the KČT/KST (Czech or Slovak Tourist Club).
The price includes the payment for starting card, color maps and descriptions of routes, non-alcoholic drinks
and sweet (tatranka) on routes, diploma, medal, stamps into IVV and IML cards and awards of march.
One-day participation in march Kudrna goes around Brno (appreciation only IVV)
One day march is including in serial IVV, random walks.
Price does not include medal, it is not possible or purchased.
You can register:

for two „one-day march“ on Saturday and Sunday
This variant „two one-day march“ is cheaper than a two-day march IML,
but you do not qualify to IML stamp and medal.

Children under 10 years have a 50% discount
Discounts are available only for members of the KČT/KST (Czech or Slovak Tourist Club).
The price includes the starting card, color map and description of the route, non-alcoholic drinks and
sweet (tatranka) on routes, stamp into the IVV card and diploma. Without medal.
Saturday's FAMILY HIKING TRAIL – 6,5 km (free of charge)
The route goes through „Komín“ to „Medlánky Airport“, where the children prepared a variety of interesting and funny games.
Does not sign-up for this event in advance.
The starting card, map and description of the route, drinks on routes – for parents with children free.
Sunday's WANDERING WITH BABY-CARRIAGE – 6–10 km (free of charge)
The trail leads through the „Údolí oddechu“ to checkpoint at the „Vrbovec pond“,
after completing the circuit back to checkpoint and back to Bystrc. The route
goes down to 6 kilometers (return directly from the checkpoint at Vrbovec). At the route
through the valley is a playground for children with various attractions.

HUMOROUS WHEEL-LUBRICATING MARCH – 12 km (appreciation/stamp IVV)
– free of charge
The march goes on Friday afternoon. Finish at Špilberk Castle in the center of Brno.

Obtain „IML & IVV – CUP“
The goal of mutual cooperation between IML and IVV is to create new global
tourism activities. For this reason, a joint competition „IML & IVV - CUP“ was
created by these organizations.
In 2021, our march is again included in this competition.

Possibility of winning a medal and stamps
March medal is granted only after completing a two-day march KUDRNA GOES
AROUND BRNO with entry fees
425 CZK – the length of the march does not matter.
1) To obtain a stamp in their passport IML is necessary participation
in the march on Saturday and on Sundays; every day march at least 20 km (participants older than 70 years
or children up to 10 years + adult accompaniment – at least
10 km per day).
2) Get medal is possible also without competing in the IML.
The conditions are the same, but in this case not required minimum length of
the route.
3) Medal cannot be obtained by other means!!!
IVV stamp you get after completing every-day march (or Humorous Wheel-lubricating March). In addition to the IML stamp so you have to
get three IVV stamps.
Medal for two-days walks Kudrna goes around Brno (IML)
IML walkers completing „Two-day march with medal“ will be awarded a
medals. Theme medal every year upgrades.
Attention
Walks will take place in all weather conditions. Each
participant will walk at his or her own risk. We strongly recommend you to
have your own travel insurance. Accident insurance, which KČT arranged in
cooperation with the Czech Olympic Committee with the VZP insurance company
(www.kct.cz/pojisteni), applies to all
participants in the march. For the longest routes, it is advisable to
undergo a medical examination in advance. We recommend you to have a medical check-up for long
distance walks of as well.
All the IML and IVV walks use marking system according to the Czech law
and guaranteed by KČT. It is important to pay special attention to this

Registration to march
Please log in preferably via the
on-line application form.
Possibly you can print and fulfill the application form from
paper invitation and than you can send it to our address KČT,
the Mapa Brno Department,
Kamechy 14, CZ-63500 Brno, Czech Republic or by e-mail application@iml-czech.com.
Registration for the walking for families with children in advance is not possible.
We will change the name of the participant free of charge.
Groups
Each participant must fill in his own application form. Please priority use
an on-line application form on our web or
copy the application form from this invitation if needed. Groups of 10 or more
people can send a list of participants indicating the necessary data. The
application form at Excel is possible to download from our web pages. Filled
form please send to address application@iml-czech.com.
The
payment for more applicants (a group or a family) should be made together. In
this case, the group leader should send all the applications together with the
single common confirmation of payment. The leader of a group of 30 and more participants
can take part of the rambles free of charge.
